As we step into the 2026–2027 school year, Magdalena Municipal Schools relies on the dedication, time, and talent of our community members to help our students and staff thrive. Whether assisting in classrooms, supporting extracurricular programs, or supervising events, your involvement makes a lasting impact.

To streamline the onboarding process, we have updated our volunteer resource components to give you direct access to key forms and guidance:

  • 2026–2027 Volunteer Guidelines & Information: Formal Application, overview of expectations, scheduling, and school safety policies for the new academic year.

  • Volunteer Agreement Form: Outlines responsibilities, student privacy requirements, and volunteer commitments.

  • Volunteer Background Check Form: Mandatory screening form required for all on-campus and chaperoning opportunities to ensure student safety.
