Physical Education

Things to do to stay active when not at school: 

  1. spend at least 20 minutes a day running, walking or exercising.  
  2. ride a bike
  3. do our daily exercises:  v-sits, butterflies, flamingos, inchworms, crunches, planks, push-ups, burpies, high knees, butt kicks, skips
  4. find PE with Joe on youtube and follow his workouts
